J2 Construction — Application End User License Agreement

This Agreement governs use of the internal job-costing application ("Application") provided by J2 Construction, LLC ("J2").

1. License. J2 grants authorized J2 personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for J2's internal business purposes.

2. Internal use only. The Application is for J2's internal use; it is not distributed, sold, or licensed to the public.

3. Restrictions. Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or use the Application except as authorized by J2.

4. Data. The Application reads J2's own QuickBooks Online financial data on a read-only basis, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty. The Application is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, J2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

7. Termination. J2 may suspend or revoke access at any time.

8. Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
