J2 Construction — Application Privacy Policy

This policy describes how J2 Construction, LLC ("J2," "we," "us") handles data in connection with our internal job-costing application that integrates with QuickBooks Online.

Scope. This application is an internal tool used solely by J2 Construction to read our own financial data from QuickBooks Online for job-costing and reporting. It is not offered to the public.

Data we access. With authorization, the application reads financial records from our QuickBooks Online company — invoices, bills, purchase orders, expenses, items, customers/jobs, and vendors. The application is read-only and does not modify QuickBooks data.

How we use it. Data is used exclusively for internal job-costing analysis, reporting, and operations.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties. It is accessible only to authorized J2 Construction personnel.

Storage & security. Data is processed and stored within our own secured systems and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to retrieve the data described above.

Retention. Data is retained only as long as needed for these purposes and deleted when no longer required.

Disconnecting. Authorization can be revoked at any time via QuickBooks Online connection settings, which stops further data access.
