Bathroom & Laundry Room Remodel

This project covered three connected spaces: a guest bathroom, the guest bedroom next to it, and the laundry room.

The bathroom was fully remodeled. The new shower has white subway tile, a built-in bench, black fixtures and grab bars, and two niches finished in a patterned tile that gives the walls a cool effect. Tile wainscot wraps the rest of the room, and a new sink and countertop sit under a black-framed mirror and sconces. Above the toilet, custom stained wood shelves add warmth against all that white tile, and a sliding barn door opens the bath to the guest bedroom.

In the guest bedroom, we replaced the flooring. The same floor carries into the laundry room, so the two spaces feel like they belong together.

The laundry room was completely redone, with new custom painted cabinets, black countertops, open shelving, and room for a stacked washer and dryer.

It's a good example of how a few connected rooms can be pulled together with one consistent set of finishes.
