Kitchen Remodel in South Bryan Neighborhood
This kitchen underwent a complete transformation, trading dated finishes and heavy visual elements for a more refined, timeless look. Previously defined by a low soffit, busy floor tile, and aging cabinetry and hardware, the space felt closed in and disconnected from the rest of the home.
The remodel brings a fresh perspective—removing the soffit allowed for full-height cabinetry, maximizing storage and creating a clean, vertical line that draws the eye up. The new cabinets feature sleek hardware and concealed hinges, offering a modern, minimalist touch without sacrificing function.
On the floor, high-contrast tile was replaced with a warmer, clay-inspired surface and subtle grout lines that lend an organic, grounded feel. The backsplash features cream-toned square tiles, each varying slightly in tone and texture, with soft grout that blends seamlessly, letting the character of the tile take center stage.
Finishing touches like a new gas range, under mount sink, clean, lightly veined countertops, and gold fixtures pull everything together, resulting in a space that feels elevated yet inviting.
